Edicts — moved

The golden rules live in the docs now, which are the single source of truth:

• docs/architecture/principles.md — the standing rules every change is measured against (the system in full, minimal C, one writer per format, one lane, actors as the unit of shipping, Erlang-not-OTP, files carry their own names, docs-first).
• docs/glossary.md — the ratified vocabulary.
• The live plan is plans/one-binary.md (the finalization arc is archived at plans/archive/finalization-arc.md); the working method is plans/method.md.

The full historical ruling record — every ruling John gave through 2026-07-29, with reasoning and supersessions — is preserved at plans/archive/edicts-2026-07.md. Read it for reasoning; the docs win where they differ. New rulings land in the docs first (principles/glossary/the relevant page), with the live plan carrying anything not-yet-implemented.
